Sea Moss Strategy Session

60 Minutes | $197 or 2 Payments $107 | Zoom

You know your business could be doing more. You feel it. But somewhere between where you are and where you want to be, there’s a gap you can’t quite close on your own.

Maybe your revenue has flatlined, and you’re not sure why. Maybe you’re spending more than you should on sourcing, and your margins are thinner than they look. Maybe you have ideas for new products, but you don’t know which ones are worth the investment and which ones will sit on a shelf.

Or maybe it’s simpler than that. Maybe you’re just tired of figuring everything out alone.

I understand that feeling more than you might expect. I built my sea moss business from the ground up with no mentor, no roadmap, and no one to call when things went sideways. I figured out sourcing through trial and error — expensive error. I developed recipes by testing and failing and testing again. I learned pricing by losing money before I learned how to make it.

Every mistake taught me something. But most of those lessons didn’t need to cost what they cost. A single conversation with the right person could have saved me thousands of dollars and months of frustration.

That’s what this session is. The conversation I wish I’d had.

THIS IS NOT A GENERIC COACHING CALL

Before we even get on Zoom, you’ll complete a detailed questionnaire about your business, challenges, and goals. By the time we sit down together, I already know your situation. We don’t spend the first twenty minutes on backstory. We spend the full sixty minutes on solutions.

This is a working session. We’re rolling up our sleeves and digging into the specific things that are keeping your business stuck, costing you money, or holding you back from the next level.

WHAT WE CAN WORK THROUGH TOGETHER

Sourcing strategy. Is your supplier giving you quality product at a fair price? How do you know? I’ll help you evaluate what you’re getting and identify whether you’re overpaying, under-quality, or both.

Product development. Which products should you be making? Which ones should you stop making? How do you scale a recipe from small batch to commercial production without losing consistency? These are the questions I’ve spent years answering in my own kitchen.

Pricing and profitability. If you set your prices by looking at what everyone else charges, you might be leaving serious money on the table — or worse, losing money on every jar and not realizing it. We’ll look at your real cost of goods and build pricing that actually works.

Nutritional positioning. Sea moss has real, meaningful health benefits — particularly for mineral supplementation and gut health. As a Certified Holistic Nutritionist, I can help you talk about these benefits with accuracy and confidence so your customers trust what you’re telling them.

Business clarity. Sometimes you’re too close to your own business to see what’s working and what isn’t. Sometimes you just need someone who’s been through it to tell you where to focus. That’s often the most valuable part of this session.

HOW IT WORKS

Step 1: Book your session. You’ll immediately receive the pre-session questionnaire. Take your time with it — the more you share, the more prepared I’ll be to help.

Step 2: We meet on Zoom for a full 60 minutes. This is a real strategy conversation — direct, honest, and tailored entirely to your business.

Step 3: You leave with clear recommendations and specific next steps you can start implementing immediately. No vague inspiration. Actual direction.

WHO YOU’RE WORKING WITH

Ekiba Joseph, founder of Sea Moss Mastery and Certified Holistic Nutritionist.

I didn’t learn the sea moss industry from a course or a book. I learned it by building a business for seven years inside of it. Over the years, I’ve sourced raw sea moss, developed dozens of original gel formulations, created cold-pressed juices, refreshers, smoothies, and infused foods, and built a full sea moss skincare and haircare line. I’ve done the R&D. I’ve made the production mistakes. I’ve run the numbers and figured out what actually makes money versus what just looks good on a menu.

That experience — all of it, including the failures — is what I bring to this call. I’m not going to give you advice I read somewhere. I’m going to tell you what I’d actually do if I were in your shoes, because there’s a good chance I’ve already been there.

$197 OR 2 PAYMENTS $107 FOR 60 MINUTES

This is an introductory rate, and it will go up. But even at full price, consider what this session replaces: months of trial and error, product batches that don’t sell, sourcing mistakes that eat into your margins, and the slow drain of building a business without anyone in your corner.

One insight from this call — a pricing correction, a sourcing upgrade, a product decision that finally makes sense — can pay for this session many times over. I know because I’m the person who had to learn those same lessons the expensive way.

You don’t have to figure this out alone.
